Vizible is a website-as-a-service operated by Arvind Singh (sole proprietorship), based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. In this policy, “Vizible”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to this entity. Contact: vizible.hq@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

When you submit the contact or demo-request form on our website, we collect:

• Business name
• Your name
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Email address (optional)
• Business category and area
• Any message you include

b) Publicly available business data

As part of our demo-first service, we source publicly available business information from Google Places and similar public directories — including business name, phone number, address, category, reviews, and ratings. This data is used solely to build your demo website and is not stored beyond that purpose.

c) Usage data

We do not currently use analytics tracking on our main website. When analytics are added in a future phase (planned: Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly tool), this policy will be updated.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To build and deliver your demo website
• To contact you via WhatsApp or email about your demo or subscription
• To respond to support, billing, or privacy requests
• To send service-related communications (no marketing without consent)
• To comply with our legal obligations

4. Form Processing (Formspree)

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc.(formspree.io). When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers in the United States and then forwarded to our email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We do not store your submission on our own servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Formspree (form processing), as described above.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority in India.
• Business transfer: In the event Vizible is acquired or merges, customer data would transfer to the successor entity with the same protections.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions (forwarded to our email) for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion. Demo-related business data sourced from Google is not permanently stored — it is used to generate the demo HTML file and is not kept in a separate database.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal obligations).
• Objection: Object to our processing of your data for certain purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, email vizible.hq@gmail.comwith the subject “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 48 hours.

8. Cookies

Our main website does not use tracking cookies. The only cookies in use are those strictly necessary for the website to function (e.g., Next.js session cookies). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

9. Security

We use HTTPS (TLS) for all data in transit. Access to customer communications is restricted to the proprietor. We do not store card or payment information — payment processing is handled directly by Razorpay (when active) under their own PCI-DSS compliance.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable rules. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
